Easy Breathing Technique to Destress
/Here is an easy breathing technique called 4:7:8. I use this during transitions throughout the day like before I pick my kids up from school, before I enter a patient's room or in my car before returning home after work.
Breathe in through your nose to the count of 4.
Hold your breath to the count of 7.
Exhale to the count of 8.
Repeat.
